Now is the time for 2010 enrollments NOTE!!!!!!!! The Meigs County 4-H Committee passed a motion in 2009 to establish a $4.00 membership fee. Please print and read the 4-H Membership Fee Policy and Registration Form listed below. Enrollments are due no later than April 1, 2010.

Please print and complete the entire enrollment form, legibly and with ALL required signatures and return to the Meigs County Extension Office no later than April 1, 2010.  If you have questions, please contact us.  Incomplete enrollment forms will be returned unprocessed.
